Eating well can feel easier.

Appetite changes. Routines shift. Nutrition advice can feel confusing.

I help you turn general recommendations into everyday meals and habits that fit your life.

Science matters. So does real life.

I’m Claudia Solt, MS, Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.

My background began in nutrition science and metabolic research. Working in senior care showed me how often good information gets lost in everyday life.

Senior Care Nutrition LLC grew out of that gap: practical, personalized nutrition education and support for changing appetites, routines, and stages of life.

GLP-1 Nutrition Support

Your appetite may have changed. Let’s make sure eating well still feels manageable.

GLP-1 medications have changed the landscape of weight management, offering new possibilities for people who may have struggled with their weight for years.

With my background in obesity research and endocrinology, I understand the complex science behind these medications and the meaningful difference they’ve made in many people’s lives. I also understand that when appetite changes, figuring out how to nourish your body can bring an entirely new set of questions.

That’s where I can help, with practical nutrition education, everyday meal ideas, and personal support that fits your life.

Weight management is more complicated than willpower.

Years spent studying obesity and hormonal influences taught me that weight regulation involves complex interactions between biology, appetite, metabolism, and behavior. GLP-1 medications have brought greater attention to the biological processes involved in weight management, and for many people, they’ve opened possibilities that previously felt out of reach.

But even when a medication is helping someone reach their goals, nutrition still matters. Eating less can mean fewer opportunities to get the protein, fluids, and variety of nutrients our bodies need. For older adults, that’s particularly important because maintaining muscle, strength, and everyday functioning are already important parts of healthy aging.

The goal isn’t simply to eat less. It’s to continue eating well in a way that supports your overall health, preferences, and quality of life.

Finding what works for you.

Maybe you’re feeling full after just a few bites, your usual meals seem too large, or you’re finding that foods you once enjoyed aren’t as appealing as they used to be. Or perhaps things are going well, and you simply want some guidance making sure you’re eating enough of the foods your body needs.

We can work together on realistic meal and snack ideas, ways to include protein, hydration habits, grocery choices, and options for days when preparing a full meal doesn’t sound appealing.

That might mean smaller, more frequent meals, finding nutritious prepared-food options, or simplifying cooking for one. Whatever your circumstances, the focus is on helping you maintain an enjoyable, manageable eating routine while working toward your personal goals.
