Eating well can feel easier.

Appetite changes. Routines shift. Nutrition advice can feel confusing.

I help you turn general recommendations into everyday meals and habits that fit your life.

Science matters. So does real life.

I’m Claudia Solt, MS, Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.

My background began in nutrition science and metabolic research. Working in senior care showed me how often good information gets lost in everyday life.

Senior Care Nutrition LLC grew out of that gap: practical, personalized nutrition education and support for changing appetites, routines, and stages of life.

Small Group Programs

Better nutrition. Shared support. Personal progress.

Healthy changes don’t have to happen alone. My 12-week small group programs bring together practical nutrition education, personal goals, and the encouragement of people who are working toward their own healthy habits. We’ll explore what the science tells us, make room for the realities of everyday life, and find approaches that feel manageable for you.

Your goals. A community behind you.

Everyone comes to the table with different experiences, preferences, and goals. Along with practical education, you’ll have the opportunity to exchange ideas, work through everyday challenges, and find encouragement in the progress you and others are making. There’s no expectation that everyone needs the same diet or follows the same plan.

  • Learn practical nutrition concepts you can use at home.
  • Set individual goals that make sense for your life.
  • Share ideas and encouragement in a supportive small group.
  • Stay connected to your goals with weekly personal check-ins.

Healthy Aging & Everyday Nutrition

Eating well can change as we get older, but it doesn’t have to become complicated. We’ll explore protein, hydration, muscle and bone health, changing appetites, grocery choices, and everyday meal ideas. Cooking and eating for one, convenient foods, and ways to make meals enjoyable are all part of the conversation. You’ll have space to work toward your own priorities while learning alongside others.

Weight Management & Nutrition Support

Weight management is complex, and lasting changes rarely come from a one-size-fits-all set of rules. This group explores the science behind weight regulation alongside balanced meals, practical food choices, sustainable habits, and goals that reflect your own life. We also address nutrition considerations for people already taking GLP-1 medications, including appetite changes, protein, hydration, and maintaining adequate nutrition while continuing to work with their prescribing healthcare team.

Small groups. Ongoing support.

Each program runs for 12 weeks and includes eight one-hour group sessions with approximately four to eight participants. We meet weekly during the first month, then every other week for the remaining sessions. You’ll still hear from me every week, including the weeks when the group does not meet.

Groups may meet virtually on Zoom or in person in the Denver area, depending on the group and venue. Scheduling is coordinated around participants and host availability, with daytime, evening, or weekend possibilities. Once a group starts, its meeting schedule will be consistent.

Real support, between sessions too.

A session can introduce an idea, but putting it into practice happens during the rest of your week. Throughout the program, you’ll have practical tools and an individual point of contact to help make the information useful in your everyday routine.

  • Eight interactive, one-hour group sessions across 12 weeks.
  • Personal goal-setting, supportive discussion, and group accountability.
  • A private weekly check-in from Claudia by text or email, whichever you prefer, including weeks without a group meeting.
  • Exclusive access to participant nutrition resources, including recipes, meal ideas, grocery guides, and practical worksheets.
  • Optional SCN nutrition newsletter.

Participant materials are supplied directly by email.

Want to take the ideas into the grocery store?

Group participants receive 10% off a guided grocery-shopping visit. We can plan a shopping list and go to the grocery store together to practice comparing products, reading labels, and finding realistic food choices that suit your preferences, needs, and budget.

Your progress is personal.

Although the learning happens in a group, your goals are your own. Each week, I’ll check in privately by your preferred text or email to see what’s working, talk through challenges, and help you identify a realistic next step. If you would benefit from more in-depth personal support, we can also discuss Individual Nutrition Support.

Both programs offer practical nutrition education and personal encouragement. The difference is how that support is delivered. Individual Nutrition Support offers more personalized attention, while Small Group Programs combine learning with shared discussion and accountability.
